At PetDoors, we want you and your furry companions to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
